The casting parts have mainly been produced by centrifugal casting process,
which guarantees exceptionally good surface quality whilemaintaining a high degree of detail.
Other casting methods are mold casting and sand casting.
The following casting materials are used:
Cast aluminum (AlSi10Mg), bronze cast (CuSn12), zinc alloy (ZnAl 4Cu3), gray cast iron (EN-GJL-250).
There are 120 machining drawings are included with the kit.
Engine housing with cover
made from aluminium EN-AlSi10Mg (Castings).
Four cover plates
for the engine housing the steel plates made from 1mm steel sheets are also included and the two blankes for the frame.
Different pieces
like the seat and the lubricator housing and so on
